Support also includes advice and guidence on website architecture and usability issues. There are restrictions on advice and guidence provided for Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Direction will be provided on how to use SEO tools provided within the CMS 550 package.

The rapid response support ticket provides you with response within the hour. This time can be used for support and guidence on your CMS 550 website package.
